The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. We have noise aware technology devices inside and outside the property.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING - Outdoors Only. Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.

The house was so nice, comfy beds, clean. Showers were great. Ample closet space with a nice amount of hangers (which is so appreciated!).The only thing that threw me was the picture in the details that showed a totally different neighborhood as the "exterior" that didnt represent what the actual neighborhood looked like. But it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was fantastic! Easy check in, beautiful home, and the backyard area is amazing! Such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood as well. Perfect for going on walks and very close to some amazing coffee shops and restaurants!
his was our second time staying at this home, and it’s been just perfect both times. Only five doors down from my son’s house, it was the ideal spot for our week-long stay during his wedding. The house is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is great—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we had going on that week. Communication with the rental company was easy and responsive from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable home while visiting the area.

We were in town visiting colleges and enjoying some spring break fun. This was the perfect home to accommodate my family. 3 teens, two couples and a 6 year old. Well spaced, great amenities and location and the host was pleasant and accommodating.
We had a great time at this house. It was like a home away from home. Full of amenities and the beds were so comfortable. It was missing curtains in some of the rooms but I shared this with the owner and I hope it gets fixed. Will definitely stay again. Book it, you won’t regret it!

We had a great experience at this property. Plenty of room for six of us (3 adults, 3 teens). The pool was a great addition for our day off from park. Easy accessibility, via car, to the park and Natural History Museum. Overalgreatgreat place
We had an enjoyable stay, the house was very clean inside and was well equipped. The outside table hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and the pool could’ve done with a clean during our stay. The only downside was there was six of us but there was only five sun loungers, other than that I would highly recommend, the house is in a great location for exploring all of Los Angeles.

We had a wonderful stay at Lilly's home, made even better by the fact my son and his fiancée live just four doors away. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood, convenient to stores, highways and neighboring towns. Nicely decorated, it included a thoroughly stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking tools, pots, pans, and appliances. There were games, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. The keyless entry was especially convenient for our group, as it allowed everyone to come and go on their own schedule. During our stay, we noticed a small leak under the sink. While we were able to fix it ourselves, the property manager was quick to respond when I reach out to him. They were very communicative prior to and during our stay - checking in via email to make sure all was good. I would happily recommend both the home and the property management team (and hope to rent it again in the future!).
