Comfy Continental Townhouse, 1 bedroom, sleeps 4, single level

A charming and comfy Country Club Townhome, that's more like a single-family home! Single level, 1 bedroom with queen bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and 1 full bathroom. We offer a casual and cozy atmosphere. Full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a dining area and washer/dryer available. There is a wonderful outside deck for relaxing and a gas grill. Our home is easy to find and is easy access to routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and AZ Snowbowl. The Continental Country Club Clubhouse is directly across the street and has many amenities, including a great restaurant/bar open to the public. Also public golf course for an additional fee. Tennis, pool, and fitness facilities are only available to guests staying 30 days or longer, and for a $200, 1-time additional fee. Also, there is a pellet wood-stove for use in the winter. There is also the Flagstaff Athletic Club nearby, which is very well appointed with indoor and outdoor pools, work out equipment, classes, etc. It is open to the public for a walk in fee of approx. $15 per person per day.

*This is not a fancy rental but the perfect budget place with a wonderful location.

Clean & bright

Note for anyone with mobility issues that there are about 8 stairs from the parking area then a short path to the front door where there are two more stairs at the front door. We emailed prior to arriving in Arizona requesting early check in but never received a response from the property manager. The unit was bright, clean, and pleasant. It was a quiet neighborhood and away from downtown Flagstaff.

We enjoyed our stay!! It was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful and a quiet neighborhood. Had a wrap around deck which is a perfect spot to enjoy some coffee in the morning.Everything was as advertised. The most easy check in process I have ever had. Place was great!!!!

Great location!!

The property was located in a great area. We brought our bikes up and there’s some fantastic trails. Townhome was great with an awesome fireplace that we really needed as the snow fell. Only thing that really needed changing was the 1970’s coffee pot. Other than that, perfect for a couple.

Flagstaff Forever

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Comfy Continental Townhouse. I would happily have stayed there for the entire summer. I selected that particular property from its posting on VRBO for several specific reasons and was pleased that it lived up to every single one of them. The features and comfort of the facility itself, the amenities provided, the beautiful location and gorgeous views all made for a wonderful stay. I would return again and again.

Quick trip out of the heat

My husband I had a rare weekend away from our 2 teenage girls so we headed to Flag to mountain bike and relax. This was the prefect place for us. Great location to green grass and mountain bike trails and we went into town for dinner each night and had amazing dinners at Shift and Brix. Great get away! Perfect place.

Perfect Place to Explore Northern Arizona Wonders

We loved "coming home" to this welcoming house after a day at the Grand Canyon or Sedona or Wapatki NM. There was space for the kids to play games while adults shared time together. And the casita was perfect for the family member who needed a quiet place to recover from all the family togetherness. It was easy to get to stores and to quickly get on the roads to the many places we wanted to visit. Also a great neighborhood to take walks in. We would definitely stay here again.

The most comfortable bed!

Comfy Condo was a wonderful place to stay. The complex is quiet and safe (proven because my husband left our car door wide open all night!). The bed was by far the most comfortable of the condos we have stayed in. The only concern we had was that there was no water pressure in the shower, but I was assured that would be fixed. I would definitely recommend Comfy Condo!
