Perfect location
This was a great apartment! It had a beautiful view. With in walking distance to restaurants and to the ferry. Comfortable beds, had all the things you might need.
The VRBO was exactly what was listed. Very clean. I reached out to the owner and he was very responsive. The area was safe and clean. We walked every morning and it was great. *The instructions mentioned a parking pass is needed.... Its not. Parking in front of the location was always open and available.
Rooms were big and clean. The apartment is in a cute neighborhood. It is a bit bare-boned though in terms of kitchen utensils, which wasn't a problem for us but keep in mind if intending to cook here.

Sweet accommodations
The place was as advertised. Historic building but with all the modern updates. Beautiful kitchen. Nice beds. Washer and dryer came in handy. Close to where I needed to go. Overall it was great.
This property was true to the listing. Excellent location on the water, beautiful views, clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great kitchen although I didn’t use it much. Easy to get around the area. Lots of towels were provided. Very comfortable stay. The owner was quick to respond to my messages, even late at night. Some other reviews were also correct. Floors creaked a bit and there was a slight odor due to just being such an old building, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. I would highly recommend.
Stayed in the harbor area of Portsmouth for a work seminar. The location was beautiful and the home above expectations. Old floors were a bit noisy so I hope I didnt disturb the downstairs neighbors too much but others a fantastic location

The property was nice and right by the water. Parking was easy. It rained and caused a little flooding but that didn’t affect our stay. The host was prompt and responsive. The property was very nice and had 2 bedrooms and a nice sized living room, eating area and kitchen. I wish the rooms had blackout curtains but honestly that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I plan to book again soon.

Pictures do not do the unit justice. It is much larger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of towels were provided (along with paper goods). Three adults stayed for a week, and we never felt crowded. It’s also in a great location with a beautiful view. Walked to the downtown area easily. We cooked most meals while there. Kitchen had all the essentials. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely seek out this unit!
