Smoking any substance, vaping, lighting of candles, incense charcoal grills, etc., is prohibited while a vacation rental guest there is a $200 fine if smoking is detected.

Costa Costa is a pet-friendly community, but along with that comes specific responsibilities that pertain to those Residents who are pet owners.
For example, management has received several complaints recently about Residents not walking their dogs securely, under control on a leash (6 foot maximum) in the common areas of the building.
Adhering to this is very important for the safety of Residents and pets alike.
Please see below a refresher of the Rules and Regulations
section 2.10 regarding pets:
a) Pet Ownership
ii. All Residents, including those in transient units as well as renters, must register all pets with the management office.
v. Pets may not be left unattended on balconies, terraces, patios and/or lanai areas.
c) Common Areas/Lobby
i) A pet must be on a maximum 6’ leash and under control at all times when in public or common interior areas of the building (including hallways) as well as on exterior property, adjoining sidewalks, etc.
iii. Pets are not allowed to roam freely or play in the hallways or any other interior common areas.
d. Pet Waste / Relief
i. Each Unit Owner and each Occupant shall be responsible for immediately picking up after any animal kept in such Unit Owner’s or Occupant’s respective Unit, including, without limitation, removing any waste deposited by such animal anywhere on the Common Elements or anywhere on the Property. Residents must pick up excrement deposited by their pets on Association grounds. Pet stations are located on the East side of the Casa Costa building
ii. Dogs are prohibited from relieving themselves at or near the front lobby entrance and in the garage. This includes for example: doors, sidewalks, walls planters and shrubs. Owners shall not allow their dogs to urinate on the posts in the garage.

The room was extremely clean, and very well appointed. There are several shops within walking distance. Our only complaint was the sofa was a little uncomfortable.
Great property. Very clean. It was perfect for just two people. Great location too as we walked to Hurricane Alley for lunch (oysters were amazing), walked to Cafe Frankie’s for dinner (ask for Ciro, he treated us great!) and we went to Cafe Paris French Bakery for breakfast before we left. Would stay here again for sure!

Check in was simple, unit 309S was spotless and very accommodating. The grounds were well kept along with the building as a whole. Outrageous pool with views of intercostal. Had my morning coffee and croissant at Prelude Cafe right on site. Looking into a monthly rental . Highly recommend this place. . The operations manager Tanya was fantastic.
Had a training for work and chose something other than a hotel. Nice stay. Quiet condo. There is some outside work in other areas during the day currently. Pool’s were great! Would have like to try fitness center but didn’t have time.
Location was clean and secure. We had some early issues and the owner was very responsive, however there were several items that were subpar.

We stayed in this condo for 4 days ahead of a month ‘s stay in another South Florida location. The property is well-kept and the location to the inter coastal marina and beaches was great. Unfortunately, they were doing renovations to the exterior of the building so all patio doors were blocked shut (for safety); we started to feel a little claustrophobic not being able to open it for fresh air & sitting outside. We must have reserved before the owner knew and posted a notification on the listing as we didn’t know of this limitation until arrival. The couch & bed were both comfortable and supportive, but there was limited closet space due to sets of plastic drawers and a shoe rack taking up much of the closet space. The kitchen had limited cupboard space for our food but it did have most items needed for preparing meals. I would recommend this unit for short stays (1 week or less). The parking spot is on the 4th floor while this unit is on the 3rd, so bringing in luggage/groceries was a little bit of a hassle.
