The house was great! The property was clean and had all necessary amenities. The host is mostly automated which can be difficult to get a reply that’s not also automated. The listing offers early check in when available at an additional cost which we were willing to pay. I did not realize the automated communication for an early check in was going to be an issue when we booked the property. We were in town for a wedding that started at check in time and each request made email, app and phone call were met with an automated response. We ended up having to drive around town to kill time because they made us wait until the last minute to approve an hour earlier when no one was at the hours hours before when we needed in.

Pinetop Visit

We love this cabin - it's both cozy and chic at the same time. Tastefully decorated amd furnished, The location is perfect with beautiful golf course views. This is our second stay and we hope to have many returns.

We had a lovely stay! It’s the perfect location, we always stay in this neighborhood. The hot tub was clean and very hot, and we all enjoyed it. The house is super cute and the kitchen had everything we needed. For those who appreciate details, I will list the few inconveniences that warranted the 4/5 stars from me. Upon arrival, it took all evening to warm up the house. The small wall heater is locked at 70 and isn’t strong enough to warm the house. The floors are actually concrete so that made it even colder. We had to pull radiators and space heaters from closets, find plugs all over and heat the house that way. It made it the temperature unpredictable for the kids overnight. If you like the cold, this won’t both you! Starting a fire takes time and wood, which isn’t provided. You also can’t open the patio sliding door, it was bolted shut, so walking to the hot tub from the front is extra cold.We also received multiple messages that early check-in was possible once the cleaners are done. We arrived 30 min early and the cleaners were done and gone. No communication came so we had to wait until 5 minutes after check-in time when the code to the door finally was sent to me. I would also recommend placemats for dishes on the beautiful wood dining table so guests can feel more comfortable using it. Overall the house was very good and we had a great stay. It’s just not quite as polished as I would expect for a 5 star.
