The Villa was tidy and well equiped, clean and nicely presented.Fantastic location in paradise with great access to the Resort. The only negative would be that the AC is locked to above 25 degrees, despite the owner guide advising 22-24 degrees. Not quite cold enough for comfort in an Australian summer.

Thank you so much for your lovely review, James. We’re really pleased you found the villa clean, well equipped and enjoyed the location and easy access to the resort — it truly is a special spot. We appreciate your feedback regarding the air conditioning. The temperature settings are aligned with the resort’s central system guidelines, which can occasionally limit how low the unit can be set. We understand that summer in Australia can be very warm, and we’ll review the wording in our guide to ensure it accurately reflects the current settings. Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back to Villa 36 in the future.
