Nice looking space. Poor communication. Difficult appliances. Broken amenities. Was promised lake & pool access - pool was not available - without warning. We have little kids so this was why I chose this location. Was accused of 'using to much water' when we called and texted to say water stopped working. Hot tub was partly dammaged upon arrival- and really quite dirty. Toilet broken in Master bedroom and would run all night. No one came to fix it during 10 day stay. Top bunk not useable for small children because there is no safety bar. This resulted in my kids sleeping on floor. Take pictures if anything is broken - place is full of threatening signs about dammages. No shampoo - body soap- washing detergent. Not even a small vacum to clean floors. Given the price tag of 10 day holiday... these are easy essentials. Left the place spotless. Emptied garbages & fridge. Did all dishes and gathered sheets. No thank you for being helpful or for booking.

Beautiful home, beautiful location!

This property is even more beautiful in person! Fully equipped, plenty of room to spread out, two separate mudrooms and a garage to store everyone's ski equipment. Lastly, the big bonus! A huge hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing! Would definitely recommend this property!

Nous avons vécu des vacances de rêve au Chalet 121! Confort, détente, luxe, grands espaces, plaisir et rires nous ont accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. Charlebois chantant Je reviendrai à Montréal; le clan Senécal, lui, reviendra au Chalet 121. Merci infiniment… et à la prochaine fois!
