L'Agréable is a fully equipped chalet that can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

5 king beds.

The chalet is reserved for you in its entirety.

Wall-mounted air conditioning and heat pumps.

Master bedroom: 1 (ground floor): king bed, with en-suite full bathroom.

Bedding, pillows, and towels provided for 10 people

Full, fully equipped kitchen.

BBQ (gas included), unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for working remotely), two giant 55-inch smart TVs (can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.), foosball table.

Reserved area for working remotely.

Lake without motorboats with a private beach.

We are located near the magnificent Royal Laurentien Golf Course.

Snowmobile and bike rentals... at the Royal Laurentien clubhouse, with equipment ($).

Kettle, coffee maker with 1 flint filter included (ground coffee not included). Keurig coffee maker (cups not included).

Not Included: Aluminum foil, wax paper, SaranRap. Spices.

Remember to bring:
* Beach towels for the lake, spa, and pool at the Royal Laurentien. (Bath towels are not suitable for outdoor use).
* Coolers, ice cream, etc.
* We only have one refrigerator and one wine cellar.
* Fondue set, raclette set, and extension cords not included. * Personal hygiene products (shampoos, body soaps, toothbrushes and paste, hand cream, etc.)
* Life jackets for children.
* Spices, dishes for leftover food.
* 18-liter bottle of spring water not included (hot and cold water dispenser).
* Radio transmitter to listen to your favorite music.
* Board games, water sports, winter sports, etc.

This cottage is for guests aged 25 and over.

Exceptions: - Families with children

- The person making the reservation must be present on the premises at all times.

-For those aged 21 to 25, we require two photos of your driver's license. These will be requested after your booking is complete.

Otherwise, forget about booking our chalet.

- 20 years old and under: this cottage is not for you, sorry.

The cottage is not a reception hall.

Maximum 10 people at any time on the property or inside the cottage.

No pets allowed at any time.
