About this property

Bathurst Corporate Retreat | 2 homes, sleeps 30

Two private homes on one gated country estate, sleeping up to 26. Pool, spa and horse facilities on four private acres, a short drive from Mount Panorama.

Two homes, one property, entirely yours

Rather than squeezing everyone under one roof, your group gets two separate self-contained homes.

The main residence has 7 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, with a full kitchen and generous living and dining areas. The second home has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with its own kitchen, living room and laundry. The property also includes a separate outdoor shower (shower only, with no toilet or basin). Across both homes, there are 9 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 30 guests.

Two kitchens. Two living areas. Somewhere for the early risers to make coffee without waking the house. Grandparents and small children can settle in one home while a late night runs on in the other. Nobody queues for a shower.

The property

Four private acres. No shared boundaries, no passing traffic. A swim spa with timber decking and glass fencing,, two verandahs, and a gazebo looking out over the paddocks.

There's real room to spread out: lawns for backyard cricket, space for everyone's cars, and quiet enough at night that you'll hear nothing but the paddocks.

Meet the animals

Guests are welcome to feed our animals. It's the part children remember, and the adults tend to enjoy it more than they expect to.

Bringing horses?

Stables, tack rooms, automatic troughs and feeders, a full arena and a round yard. Message us before booking so we can have the yards ready.

The area

Central Bathurst and Mount Panorama are a short drive — close enough for dinner in town, far enough to feel properly away from it. Orange and the Central West wine region is around an hour.

Well suited to

Private parties · family reunions · milestone birthdays · group getaways · race weekends · equestrian events, family time.

Also included

Fast wi-fi throughout · ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning · ample off-street parking · full kitchens in both homes · linen provided.

About the host

Some of our best memories have been made here, long lunches that ran into the evening, kids and animals everywhere, family and friends all under one roof with nowhere else to be. That's the thing we most want people to have.

We travel a lot, and the trips that stay with us are never really about the place. They're about who was there and having enough time and space to actually be together. This property is set up for exactly that.

So when we're away, we open it up to groups. We're local, we're contactable, and we'd much rather you asked than wondered — whether it's where to eat or organising the horses.

Why they chose this property

Robin Hill gives you the thing that's hard to find, genuine space and quiet, only a short drive from town.

It's paddocks and open sky at night, but you're still close enough that dinner in Bathurst, a wine trip out to Orange, or a run up Mount Panorama are all easy. You get the country without being stranded in it.

The Central West gets a lot of visitors for race weekends and events, but the country itself is worth the drive on any weekend of the year.

What makes this property unique

Two separate homes on one gated property, with three kitchens between them.

Most places that sleep large groups do it by packing everyone into a single house. Twenty-six people, one kitchen, one living room, and a queue for the bathroom every morning. Here your group has two self-contained homes plus an outdoor kitchen, so people can spread out, cook at different times, and put the kids to bed away from a late night.

Then there's the rest of it: an outdoor swim spa, animals the kids can help feed, and stables with an arena if you're travelling with horses, which almost nowhere offers.

It's four private acres behind a gate. Once you're in, the place is yours.
