The Space:

The Double Eras is two complete, separate Nashville homes side by side, booked together through VRBO as one reservation with no shared walls. Each home has its own kitchen, living room, rooftop deck, and hot tub, which means two full households worth of space for one family reunion or multi-family trip.



Home one carries a broad Eras theme, with a 'FEARLESS' neon sign lighting up the living room and photo-op corners scattered through the bedrooms. Home two goes all in on a Taylor Swift inspired look, right down to a themed bedroom with a projector for movie nights and bunk-style sleeping for the kids.



Both King bedrooms open onto their own private balcony, and several bedrooms include a built-in makeup bar with Hollywood lighting and a full-length mirror, handy for getting the whole group ready before a night out.



Picture the whole trip: afternoons exploring nearby Germantown, sunset on one rooftop hot tub as the skyline lights up, then the kids take over the projector room while the adults head to the Green Room for ping pong and drinks.

It's close enough to reach downtown's energy in minutes and quiet enough on the block for kids to wind down between rooftop hot tub sessions



Getting Around:

Downtown, Broadway, and Germantown's restaurants are all a short drive away, and rideshare is an easy option for evenings out on Broadway without moving the whole group at once
