Gulf coast

We came down from Tennessee, loved being on the ground floor, stepping out to the pool and only steps from the ocean. No elevator or waiting. Perfect for us!

Mini vacation

Property was still under construction so parking was tight. The unit appeared clean but once unpacked, the floor had not been swept, there was water in one of the drawers where someone had used the iron and it leaked out. There were roaches. We had to pay for a parking pass and wrist bands, where most places we have stayed have always furnished them. The heated pool was not heated as stated. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. There were only 4 towels and 2 wash cloths for a 4 night stay for 2 people, with no washer and dryer in unit. We had to go and buy wash cloths and use our extra beach towels. Will not be staying in this unit again.

Theres plenty of parking we have an large parking area They had the front area towards building roped off for roof supplies while working on roof I guess walking an 100 yds was feat for this group the HOA spays once an month for roachs they are an common problem on the beach the good news They were Dead I feel towels are eyes of Beholder we do have washer and dryer 50 ft from my unit if They wanted to wash them I guess complaining about towels is easier than washing Them The pool is controlled by the HOA so I cant control It Concerning water in an Drawer from Iron It Happens Being on Beach getting all the Sand up is sometimes inpossible Don't let one Bad APPLe ruin the whole Bunch This Unit has to many Positives

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect condo with great access to the beach and great views. We like the fact that we did not have to deal with elevators or stairs. The condo provided steps away from the pool and beach. We would stay and again and recommend to others.
