The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out on time by 11 am
-Everything is back to where it belongs including furniture and other stuffs if you moved them around . Please put all furnitures covers back in place
-no dirty dishes / glasses left in the sink
-close all the windows and doors
- take out all garbage/ compost/ recycle to the bins ( marked 304 on them ) down by the bridge.
-Nothing left in the fridge/ freezer
During fall and winter, please lower the 3 floor heater controllers on 1st floor temperature to 12 degrees.
