The cleanliness of the home was impressive. The updated interior is welcoming and the amenities met all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, the location was quiet and almost immediately accessible from our activity area. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for the 5 star review! The deck is also our favorite part of the house. Look forward to hosting you again!
Overall, our stay was good and served the purpose we needed while visiting our family in Arkansas. The only complaint I have is how bright the street light is that shines into the king size bedroom. We still got adequate sleep, but that street light was pretty distracting and bright. Other than changing curtains I’m not sure what else you can do, of course. Happy with our stay though!
The house was clean & comfortable. Weather was nice, so we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening & in the morning with our coffee. House was located close to Cotter High School, which was the beginning of our race. Will definitely book this house again !

It was a pleasure hosting you! Thank you for your 5 star response! Look forward to hosting your group again soon!
Our group was my parents (in their 70s), myself, and my two young kids. We chose this property because there were amenities for all of us - bunk bed for the kids, fire pit for s'mores, plenty of bedrooms so everyone could sleep comfortably, recliners, single-level, and a large kitchen for cooking our own meals. Communication with the host was great; she even worked with us on our checkout time due to a conflict with our fishing excursion. I would recommend this house to families or a group of friends looking to relax.
The beds were comfortable, and the towels were nice. I appreciated having Kleenex throughout the house. It was also nice that the kitchen cabinets were labeled. I’d recommend adding that there were a high chair and a pack n play to the listing because those are a big bonus when traveling with an infant, and I would have left those out of our packing if I’d known they were there. This was just a really convenient location and a really comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend!
