Quiet downtown Toronto 1 bedroom sunny summer sublet near Ossington Subway
Cozy quiet basement apartment with living room, dining room, separate kitchen and very quiet bedroom. This space is perfect for someone who wants a downtown place to stay and work and explore the city.
The bedroom has a single bed and armchair and is cool and quiet all summer. Window faces west for afternoon light. The living room has 2 south-facing windows, a futon, reading chair, rocking chair and TV, and a full size dining table. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, small eating table. No outdoor space is available.
Close to amazing food: Little Italy, Koreatown, Ethiopian, sushi, juice bar, fancy candy, Jenine's breakfast (incredible), Scottish pub, groceries & uber-trendy Ossington strip.
Close to transit: 7 minute walk to Ossington Subway, College Streetcar, Ossington Bus, and the 94 Bus.
Close to Dufferin Grove Park and Christie Pits Park, outdoor swimming pools, cycling paths.
Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. No smoking on the property, a neighbour is extremely allergic, please go out to the sidewalk. Quiet talking after 10pm outside, to respect our neighbors.
This space is best for people who are less than 5'6 tall, ductwork lowers part of the hall ceiling.
