It was such a beautiful place, it was close to my aunt and grandfather. Close to all the things we wanted to do and lovely relaxation place after our 2 days in Disney ! We will hopefully be back in the future for our next stay

Outstanding property for two guys to lay their head for a couple days to do some fishing in Crystal River… The price was extremely Affordable and the property was comfortable, clean and no hassle!

Great little house

There were 7 adults staying for our manatee vacation. The house was nice and very clean. It had what we needed for the two nights. The couple that had to sleep on the pull out couch said that their bed wasn’t great, but for two nights, not bad. The host was awesome.

The house is clean and fresh. All the appliances and utilities are clean and functional. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable sleeping.

This is an old school Florida ranch, so don’t be expecting large rooms. We were four adults and 2 small dogs, and it met our needs. House was very clean, Brita water pitcher in frig was welcome sight. The host was easy to communicate with. Only complaint was there were some lights burnt out, and it would have been nice to have a reading lamp in living room. Would stay here again.

Moving back to FL

We stayed here while we were waiting for our rental to be ready as we are moving back to Florida after a brief family emergency had us out of state for a few years. This rental was adequate but not as clean as we hoped. Blinds and vents were very dusty. Master shower extremely small which was not shown in pics, lawn was not mowed until the last day we were there, beds not very comfortable, laundry in garage was inconvenient because it was hot and washer wouldn’t fill on any setting. For the price we paid we would say it was definitely not worth the money. We were happy our rental was ready earlier than expected.

However, their schedule has to be adjusted occasionally due to weather. - While we've had positive feedback about the beds from other guests, we understand comfort is highly personal and are sorry they weren’t a good fit for you.- The washer has been used since your stay without issues, and we wish we’d known about your concerns sooner. We reached out on your first day, but didn’t hear back, and could have helped address these issues during your stay.Thank you for your feedback. It helps us improve the guest experience.
