Beautiful place with everything you could need and more. Check in was easy, everything was clean and well cared for and the house had such a cozy feel. Paddle boards were a bonus and the sandy beach was great for kids. Would definitely stay here again
We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, cozy, quiet and conveniently located between Brainerd and Nisswa. A great spot if you are looking to enjoy the Gull Lake area!
First time in MN and we had a great stay at the lake house. House was clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated having kayaks and paddle boards…and was so surprised by how clear the water is!

Lovely lake home
This was a lovely lake home. The directions for checking in and out could have been clearer and the it was slightly dusty. The location was nice and it had nice amenities. We would stay again.
Location was great and set-up was nice for our girl’s weekend trip. Lake looked clear. We did not go in lake but enjoyed time on the dock. Sufficient parking and household necessities. Would recommend!!!!
Do not stay at this property.when we arrived the lower carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking wet. They came and fixed it the next day but didn’t leave a fan to dry it up or for the smell. Since the lower level had the Tv we couldn’t use that area. Asked for a partial refund from owner and have not heard back from them. Our stay was in July.Very disappointed

The homeowners were disappointed to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- As soon as we were made aware of the issue the next morning, a technician was sent out within minutes, and the repair was taken care of before you returned from your outing.- Our local team cleaned the carpet with disinfectant and vacuumed up the water; we’re sorry the area was still damp afterward and that this affected your ability to enjoy the space.- Fans were offered after the cleanup to help with drying, and there were also several available in the laundry area for guest use.- We’ve taken your comments seriously and have shared them with our teams to help ensure a better experience for future travelers. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
The lake was beautiful and clear. The townhouse had plenty of space for the 3 of us that stayed.
Water pressure and temperature was great, however the smell of the water was fairly unpleasant. It was especially noticeable in the shower but even the water from the kitchen sink had an odor that kept us from drinking it, probably just due to the source of the water, but still worth noting to bring your own water for drinking.
Shared walls are rather thin, we could hear the neighbors vacuuming and such. Nothing excessive, just worth noting.
Overall stay was pleasant, appreciated the proximity to everything.
