Upstairs Master bed suite has Queen size bed with full bathroom and Jacuzzi. Total of four bedrooms upstairs including master suite. One has a full size, another a queen size bed, and the bonus room has two singles. The downstairs master suite has a queen bed. Office is available with a computer or for reading and music pleasures. Fireplace warms the living area with High Def TV. Deck available for barbecuing and relaxing. Located in well lite area, very quiet, with police monitoring. Twenty minutes away from Churchill Downs, Downtown, and the Ohio River. Fifteen minutes from Bourbon Trail. My family really enjoyed this house! We had so much fun playing pool!! The house could use some updating and could definitely use a deep clean, but we had a very nice stay! Our only issues were no water from the fridge and no ice from the fridge so definitely make a trip to grab a bag of ice & water bottles if you plan on staying!!

Wonderful home for our group
