Fireplace warms the living area with High Def TV. Deck available for barbecuing and relaxing. Located in well lite area, very quiet, with police monitoring. Twenty minutes away from Churchill Downs, Downtown, and the Ohio River. Fifteen minutes from Bourbon Trail. Perfect for Kentucky Derby, travelers looking to celebrate events, family, and alike are welcome.
