Stay in Louisville

We had a great stay in Louisville at Val’s property. I was in a great location, near the Kentucky Expo Center. Plenty of rooms and beds for our stay. The neighborhood was very cute with so many places to eat so close. Would definitely stay again.

Great property and great hosts

My family and I were in Louisville for a few days and this was a great place for us to call home away from home. Everything was great and we will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Close to KY Expo Center

Nice property and great for anyone who wants to be near the Expo Center. Lots of street parking and use of the detached garage for parking as well. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great little house

The house was just as the pictures showed. The neighborhood was great as we went for a walk and was close to convention center for games. We were short some towels and Val was quick to respond and bring some more towels for us. Great stay over all.

Family stay during NFAA tournament

The property was very nice, with plenty of room for our family of 8 and located in a nice area of town. We were able to get downtown in about 10 minutes. The backyard space was nice and set up well for hanging out. We definitely stay again next year.

Bourbon Trail Buddy Trip

Nice place, close to everything. Plenty of places to visit for food and drink within walking distance. Great back deck for hanging out after a day on the trail. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Hosts were great! Got us into the property a bit early which was great. Would book again if we are in Louisville!

Nice time and clean house. Had everything we needed. Cozy. A bit loud with planes flying overhead during the evening and into the night made it somewhat hard to be outside on the deck. Yes, would stay here again.

Quiet yet close to the fun

If you’re looking for a quiet place to get away yet still want to go have some fun this location is the perfect spot! Downtown was 3 miles away. If you want to check out bars/distilleries. The hosts are awesome. And the house has everything you will need. We will definitely be back!

Louisville getaway

This house had lots of sleeping space and modern appliances. We were located closed to lots of places to visit. The updates were quite noticeable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Staying in a VRBO is the only way to go with family and friends . It feels like home yet also like staying in a first class motel. Thank You Valeri for making this possible for us in the Louisville, Ky. area.

Great house

it was everything we were looking for. Every morning we made breakfast and ate on the back porch. After being out all day, played cards on the back porch. Kids watched Netflix in the living room. And having two bathrooms was a good thing. All the different food places were five to ten minutes away.

Awesome time in Louisville

We were in town for a high school-age basketball tournament & we were lucky to find this home with 5 BEDS & 2 futons!! The dining room has a large table to fit 6 guys playing cards and board games while still able to see into the living area to watch some NBA games!! The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The home is local to stores and restaurants. Ms. Valery was very quick to respond via VRBO messaging for any questions and helpful information. It was a very nice place to stay.

Very cute!

The property was exactly as stated in the listing. Had a couple of issues that we communicated after we had left, since they were not a big deal. They responded appropriately and were very nice. I would say that the other reviews helped to be aware of issues for possible other groups.

Super close to downtown!

The house was a cute, old city downtown house. Old but well maintained with a ton of charm. We were in town to watch Florida State softball at University of Louisville. It was super close to the university and only about a 10 minute drive from downtown. Use of the garage was great, and it was big enough to easily fit my full size SUV. Our only complaint was that the stairs were pretty slick. Not bad for us adults, but a bit hazardous for the kids until they realized they needed to slow down and not go up and down in socks! Overall our stay was great. We would definitely book again the next time we're in the area!

Missing a bed but great location

The house advertised two futons in the basement but there was only one when we arrived. One of our guest had to sleep on the couch because of this. Not a major problem obviously, but it would be nice for the website to be updated. I do recommend the host supply dishwashing detergent, as they ask you to start the dishwasher prior to leaving. There was a greasy film over the most of the cups provided, so 8 I assume guest were just running it with water only. Overall it was a nice house with a great location, only a few minutes from the expo center and restaurants.
