The house was a perfect location for us to explore the Eastern Townships. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the patio and fire pit were a delightful way to end the day. Val was quick to respond to any inquiries and made the check-in and check-out process easy and smooth. We definitely recommend this spot!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à ce chalet. Il est très bien mais manque certaines choses de base comme des klenex, des serviettes en quantité suffisante. Nous avons eu 1 serviette et 1 débarbouillette par personne pour 4 nuits. Aussi les oreillers ne sont vraiment pas confortables. Il n’y a pas de papier pour allumer le feu extérieur. Par contre tout les équipements sanitaires sont luxueux et propres. La table extérieure est confortable et le BBQ est propre. Le chalet est très bien dans son ensemble.

Je tiens toutefois à apporter quelques précisions importantes concernant votre séjour : 1) Votre réservation (du 3 au7 aout) était faite et payée pour une1 seule personne, alors que vous étiez 3 sur place. Le nombre de voyageurs est essentiel, autant pour le tarif que pour préparer le chalet adéquatement avant l’arrivée. 2) Dans l'annonce sur VRBO et dans le guide que vous avez reçu le 1 août, il est clairement indiqué que nous ne fournissons ni papier pour le feu extérieur, ni mouchoirs (Kleenex). Ces items sont à la discrétion des voyageurs selon leurs besoins personnels. 3) Dans le cadre de notre engagement à offrir un séjour 5 étoiles, nous effectuons toujours un suivi 24 h après le check in. Le 4 août, vous avez confirmé que tout était correct. Aucun des points mentionnés dans votre commentaire n’a été soulevé à ce moment là, ce qui ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de vous aider ou de proposer une solution. 4) Les oreillers fournis sont de marque Martha Stewart – Hotel Collection Soft Hypoallergenic, en plume et duvet doux. Jusqu’à présent, nous n’avons reçu aucun commentaire négatif concernant leur confort. 5) Enfin, dans le domaine de la location court terme, une note de 3 étoiles correspond généralement à des problèmes multiples non résolus, ce qui ne reflète pas la réalité de votre séjour de 4 jours ni les échanges que nous avons eus. Très beau séjour!

Le chalet est très agréable et dispose de toutes les commodités. Il est très lumineux et confortable pour un groupe de 6.Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques dont un enfermés au chalet dans la tempête de neige confortablement installés à jouer à des jeux de société, c’était parfait !Val est très disponible et répond rapidement aux question, c’est très apprécié.

Le client semble s’être auto-évalué. Malheureusement, il n’a pas respecté les règles de la maison : il a laissé les poubelles pleines, la vaisselle sale, et les draps tachés. De plus, il n’a répondu à mes messages ce qui a compliqué la communication. Je ne recommande pas ce voyageur.
