The conditions were absolutely deplorable. The sheets blankets and pillows were heavily stained and dirty. The sleeping pillow lacked a pillowcase and there was only one pillow between the two of us. The window had no curtains and faced neon lighting so it was always daylight. The space was so cramped we couldn’t even fit our small suitcase in without lifting it over the couch. There was no hand soap and only two tiny towels for two grown adults staying for a week. This space should never be listed on VRBO. I’ll be reporting further because no one should have to endure such a situation. Plus, you could hear everything – people coming and going all day and night, yelling and running through the halls to the elevator.

I'm sorry to hear this review. I'd like to confirm if it was a review from another room during my trip that was written here? Because the pillowcases are changed every time I stay in this room, and photos are kept to confirm. The room is made of concrete, so you can't hear any outside noise. The room has a sliding door, which is easy to open, just like in the photos.
