Great sunny location, clean and fresh. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, shower and bath were great. Would be supper if there were mirrors in all the bedrooms especially when there are a group of you and you are needing to get ready. Would book again.

kaikoura state highway 1

good location, very noisy with trucks all night, advertised as 2 bathrooms, only has one and a separate toilet, oven roasting dishes dirty, bed duvets dirty and stained, dining chairs stained, advertised as trying to maintain 5 star level but falls short, maybe a 2-3,
