Feel like home, in this country setting, very clean, comfortable, spacious, and full upstairs apartment. Located within 15 minutes from Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant(PORTS). Able to accommodate those traveling for business or many other occasions.
Country setting, not far from town. Centrally located within minutes from Piketon, Waverly, and Chillicothe Ohio. Depending on what you are looking for, it's all up to you. Many areas of interest, are within minutes from you such as Longs' Retreat, Rocky Fork State Park, Scioto Trails State Forest, Dogwood Pass Old West Town, and Tecumseh to name a few. Small family-owned grocery, within walking distance, which they have made to order take-out food and snacks, for those times you don't want to drive to town.
You have private, keyless entry, ROKU 55" LED Television with streaming and over-air capability, WIFI, on-sight coin-operated laundry, an outside BBQ grill, and a covered deck for our smoking patrons to enjoy while they're either waiting on the laundry or while waiting on those steaks!
Property manager on site for questions or assistance, if needed. Otherwise, your privacy is met, with the utmost regard. We want your stay with us to be as carefree and relaxing as possible.

This property was great and the place looks just like the pictures. Nice 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Good kitchen and dining area and the living room was cozy. The Roku tv was a nice touch so we could watch whatever we were feeling like watching. Overall, it was a great place and I would recommend.

Quaint and Relaxing stay

I recently traveled to Ohio for work and selected this property as a home base. This location was a very quaint, quiet and a relaxing stay. The pictures are very accurate and the neighborhood was very quiet and scenic with a very convenient single pump gas station/deli with a large variety of food options right across the street. The landlord was very friendly and helpful with any questions that came up and very timely with responses. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

This was an amazing property to stay at. We have never been to Ohio and we didn't know left from right when we got there. Not only did the host provide directions to the event but she provided other things as well. Closest bar and the fastest way to travel to the event. I would definitely stay here again next year.

Relaxing stay

The property was easy to find based on the the instructions given by the owner. The property was one of the best I have stayed at. All the furniture and amenities were in very good condition. We were able to relax, do laundry as necessary, and cook our own meals when we wanted to. It was nice having a small store with a gas pump you could walk across the street to. The owner was very quick to respond if we had questions, and very pleasant to communicate with. I would recommend this property and would stay here again on my next trip.

Convenient for Where I Visit

This is a nice apartment on the second floor, and we enjoyed it in the summer. The AC was good and comfortable, and only complaint would be that it can be a little noisy with the intersection it is located. We were fine with it and enjoyed the location, and perks of having a kitchen when we need it and a full fridge. I will return, when I can, but will look over other locations you have with a view.

Misleading location

The apartment was much farther than I was told along with the fact that it was over a bar and supposed to be a quiet location. Checkin was impossible as owner wanted details as to why we were staying and then proceeded to yell at us through the ring camera and watch us out the window.

Just a short ride out of town

The communication was great and any questions I had were answered very quickly. The apartment was just a short drive out of town. We took the scenic route from town to the apartment a few times. The apartment was cozy and the neighborhood was quiet even though it was at the corner intersection. Also visited the corner store for snacks and sandwiches. They were all friendly as well. Would definitely stay there again.
