Hi, the only thing had trouble with was the lights, I'm not sure all of them worked. Also the kitchen tap dripped the whole time. The spa pool was great, maybe a sail cloth over it for some shade, especially in summer. Great stay, thanks...

Location was great, a fantastic Moroccan restaurant in walking distance was very enjoyable. The off street parking was comforting and we all felt very safe in this property. We really enjoyed using Alexa and netflix and the wifi.

A Cracker stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Two very spacious bedrooms, the spa is a definite bonus in the winter and having our own parking space a plus. The Addington Coffee Co-operative is just down the street supplying great coffee, food and vibe. It had everything we needed and more.

Cute, Tidy Little Townhouse

This is a gorgeous little town house within walking distance of Hagley Park. The spa pool was a nice bonus. Very neat and tidy and the host responded quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was good, close to eateries etc so we could walk. It was a busy road but we didn't hear road noise. The house itself was clean and tidy. Two small issues, unfortunately the couch was really uncomfortable and needs a good clean and the lights for the stairs only worked from upstairs so you couldn't turn them on from the bottom of the stairs. Our reason for a less than perfect score is that we chose this property for the spa, it was going to be a lovely treat for us and the kids and we chose this over other places. Unfortunately, the spa was absolutely feral and couldn't be used (it looked like someone had s*x in it). We sent a photo to the hosts and didn't hear back so we then sent a message via the bookabach page which they saw (or maybe AI did). Because a key facility was unusable for our stay we hoped we would get back a partial refund but were instead offered a small discount on a future stay. We cared for the property with respect and care and did our best to resolve the issues before leaving a negative review (honestly not in our nature usually!) We are left feeling disappointed and annoyed and have zero intention of ever staying with these "hosts" ever again.

The property was lovely. The spa was cold on the day of arrival and took all night to heat up. I feel it should have been ready for use on the day of arrival.The hand basin was totally blocked but someone came out to fix that and removed the flickering light bulb but didn’t bring a new one.There were no instructions on how to use some things.Everything had to be done via an app not easy to use. The communication was not easy.
