It was an absolute pleasure engaging with our host Mitchell and having the opportunity to be accommodated on this property. The location was conveniently located to all we planned to do during our stay including the Falls, restaurants, Niagara by the Lake, and so much more. We were met with kindness, urgency, and trust for every question we encountered and it was such a warm, peaceful and comfortable place to rest, relax, and recharge. We felt and appreciated the love poured out into every detail and we couldn’t have been any more satisfied with our stay.

The property was mostly clean and well cared for. I did not realize it was in a complex and was not given the unit number until after we pulled in and I asked the host for it. The neighborhood was pretty ragged but the complex itself was well kept. The host was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Some larger pots in the kitchen would have been helpful for my family. Overall good deal compared to other places in town.

While we liked the cleanliness and value for what we paid for, after checking in we discovered that the dryer was not working. Mitchell offered compensation for the inconvenience and we accepted it; however, we didn’t hear from Mitchell again! We had to take the issue up with Vrbo. We also noticed that the same dryer issue was noted weeks earlier in the guest book - why this problem wasn’t corrected or why the listing wasn’t updated to honestly disclose to future guests before they booked or checked in made us feel like we weren’t the only ones and that this was a pattern.

Two nights stay. Mitchell was quick to respond with any questions I had. The property to us was alright. It was clean, safe neighborhood, close to the falls. Few suggestions I have for improvements would be making sure all appliances and electronics are in working condition. we couldn't even turn on the TV in the bedroom. Washer worked fine but the dryer didn't. So, we had to spread out the clothes in the bedroom and living room for it to dry. I would also suggest add more towels and toilet papers. Half a roll of toilet paper wasn't enough for a family of four. I had to run to the store to get more. May be add more cooking pots. Overall, good enough but definitely has room for improvements.

Very, very clean, which was appreciated. Close to the Falls, nice to have a washer & dryer available. Much more comfortable than a hotel. Just a few things! We didn’t have any wash cloths or tissues, and the hot water takes a very long time to warm up for your shower. These things don’t warrant a low rating. Just some minor notes for the owner. We would for sure stay there again.
