Maximum Number of Vehicles: 3 vehicles must park in the driveway, no street parking, The City of South Lake Tahoe Code Enforcement Team strictly enforces parking and occupancy regulations, including citations of $1,500.00 for parking violations.



Guest of Record must be at least 25 years of age

Quiet Hours 10:00pm-8:00am, but no disturbing the peace of neighbors at any time.

The City of South Lake Tahoe Permit requires a camera on the driveway, there are no other cameras on site. There is a decibel monitor, it does record conversations only monitors decibel.
