The access to Dinant station, Citadelle, Notre Dame cathedral and restaurants is very good. Also, the owner of the room is very kind.

Everything was just perfect with a lot of unexpected nice little surprises (belgian beers, coffee capsules and tea bags, water bottles, Netflix account etc.). This is hospitality on another level!
