I enjoy relaxing and being with my family at our cozy beach unit. I would like others to share our experience here in Rosebud where we have enjoyed many years watching our children enjoy this coastal area.
Why they chose this property
Where we are situated in a quiet pocket central to many amenities in Rosebud. We are a walk way to the Aquatic Centre, local football grounds and parks, Coles, Woolworths and Kmart is 15 mins walking, 3 mins driving to the Rosebud Plaza Shopping Centre. Our scene is on the edge of Suburbia one side is towards the country and the other to the coast.
What makes this property unique
We feel our property is very comfortable small to medium family or couples. It is perfect as a base to exploring the many features of the Peninsula from Sorrento, Rye, Portsea, Mount Martha, dromana etc.
