This luxurious beach condo has everything you could possibly ask for, all the amenities that Regency Isle has to offer, plus we've loaded it with plenty of extras! Great location near the Alabama/Florida state line offers convenience to shopping, dining, and entertainment, while also giving you the peace and quiet you desire. When arriving at the complex, you will appreciate the large parking deck with covered parking with one assigned spot, carts to help with luggage, and three elevators for your convenience.

This condo was great and very clean! Lisa was a great host and provided all the information needed before we got there. They even provided chair service on the beach! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean condo in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area.

We stayed 5 nights in 403. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond.. check in so easy. Condo has everything you need for your stay. The balcony was big and the ocean view is perfect. We highly recommend and will stay here again.

Orange beach condo

Condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Even though the weather was windy and cold, we still enjoyed the beach chair service. That was a great service that was included!

We enjoyed our beach week with family. Unit was very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and extra kitchen items were a welcome addition. We enjoyed staying at this condo, it was clean and quiet. Lisa was super easy to reach and discuss any issues. Our only real complaint is the bed in the master, Lisa said they are changing it after the kitchen remodel.

Great place to stay while in Orange Beach. Extra wide balcony and having 2 beach chairs w/umbrella set up on beach every day was a HUUUGE plus. The condo itself was very well furnished and set up and kitchen was well-stocked. Owner was very organized and responsive to a couple emails i sent w/ questions. Check-in and parking totally hassle-free. Not being such a gigantic building is a plus, IMO bc beach isn't super crowded right in front of the property. Would stay there again if we went back for sure.

Great Unit!

The unit was clean and stocked with “extras” that made it feel like home. Beach chairs/umbrella rental from Ike’s was included with the rental which was awesome! We enjoyed the great furniture on the balcony too. We have stayed in multiple units in this building over the years, and we would definitely choose this unit again.

Outstanding Condo

Lisa was the perfect host who made our two weeks truely memorable.We enjoyed every moment of our stay! The condo was furnished very nicely and fully stocked with many needed items. The ice maker was an added plus.The location was perfect with easy access on and off of Perdido Beach Drive. It was nice having bathrooms for each bedroom and the half bath came in handy too. I think the best part of the condo was the HUGE balcony where we spent a lot of time visiting, relaxing, and reading. We have already booked this condo for next year!

Great Unit with the Best Balcony!

We travel to this condo complex regularly and really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Lisa was amazing to work with, the balcony furniture was fantastic for our needs and the beach chairs were an added bonus! Every year I pack essentials - soaps, spices, cooking spray, garbage bags, coffee filters, etc, but Lisa has the unit stocked with all of those which was fantastic. The only drawbacks for us were: - the older stove with uneven burners and refrigerator with unstable drawers as we do cook often in the condo - the extra check out tasks of washing towels and stripping beds as we leave extra early on our check out day Overall a great stay with pros far outweighing any cons.

Regency Isle #403

We enjoyed our stay at Regency Isle #403 and would recommend to family and friends looking for a nice 2-bedroom condo in the Orange Beach area. The unit is nicely furnished and has all cooking utensils needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner if you like or want to cook while on vacation. The unit has a couple of great features that helped make our trip memorable. 1st the balcony, it’s huge compared to other places we have stayed and has a lounger, 2 gliders and bar height table with 4 chairs and stools to comfortably set 6 to 7 at the table. 2nd was the built in ice machine located at the wet bar as it kept us well supplied with ice for the duration of our stay. Lisa was great to work with and checked in with us after arrival to ensure all was well.

Son's 3rd Birthday!

We enjoyed our stay here for my son's 3rd birthday week! The cleaning crew went over and beyond for his birthday. When we got there they had decorated the table for him, had cupcakes, and sand toys for him. A birthday we will always remember! ❤️❤️❤️ Lisa was also very easy to get in touch with and communicate with!
