Wonderful Extended Weekend Trip

We had a fantastic time at this stay - it was a much needed vacation for my wife, son, and I. The condo is very spacious and is well equipped with everything you need to relax and feel at home. We also really enjoyed walking to get coffee at Higher Grounds in the mornings. It’s also a very quick drive to downtown Pagosa Springs for dining and walking along the river. The sunsets off the back deck were phenomenal, and we even got to see hot air balloons launching from a field close by. I definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing family getaway!

Awesome stay in Pagosa Springs

This property was awesome! It was so thoughtfully decorated for our stay in the mountains. This townhouse was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens, kitchen items, and much more. Grilling on the deck with views of mountains made for enjoyable evenings following days of exploring the town and surrounding areas. Groceries, a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance was a huge bonus. Can’t wait for our next booking. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved our time spent in Pagosa Springs, CO! The house was wonderful. It was exactly as pictured and the owner/management company was always available when we needed to communicate with them. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Fantastic experience

We stayed in Pagosa Springs for a Wolf Creek ski trip with my adult kids. The accommodations were so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Communication with the property management was great. 5 star experience

This was a last minute booking for me and three teenagers, and it was perfect! The upstairs had two bedrooms and a bathroom - perfect for the kids to sort of "own" while we were there. One bedroom upstairs had two beds for my daughter and her friend, the other bed upstairs was a queen; perfect for my 6'1" teenage son. The master bedroom was downstairs so I was able to have my own space. The kitchen was fully stocked(one of the best I've seen in any VRBO). The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, the property was quiet. The hostess was quick to respond to our questions either via email or text and the kids LOVED the tubing that was included with our stay. We will definately use this property every time we come back.

Wonderful stay in Pagosa Springs

My husband and two teenage boys had a lovely time at the condo. It was our last stop on a 12 day road trip, and it was perfect for our family. We decided it was the best stay of the trip! The team responded immediately to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. My oldest son loved the open green space out back for throwing the football. The location was great! Close to restaurants, shops and grocery store. We would definitely stay here again!!

Truly paradise

This place is simply amazing. The mountain scenery from the back porch is breathtaking. After a long day of hiking, I was exausted; sitting on the back porch was so relaxing. All I heard was the mountain breeze. This condo has everything and I mean everything you would ever need. The location is within easy walking distance from grocery store to coffee shops and restaurants. Best vacation ever!

Wonderful family time!

While our trip to Pagosa Springs was short, it is not one we will forget. We arrived on a cold rainy night by the townhome was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with the kitchen items we needed to cook meals at home. The check in process was also so easy and the place was clean and inviting. The beds were soft and so comfortable, especially after a day of hiking and fishing. The views from the back porch were beautiful at sunrise and sunset. We definitely plan to return here in Pagosa Springs!
