Self Check-In. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac you will find this very tastefully decorated and warm cottage. The property boasts a deck with BBQ that catches morning and afternoon sun and welcomes you into the open plan modern living spaces, good parking space available on site., especially

Located just a 25 min walk to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Tokaanu Thermal Baths just a few kilometers down the road and a super treat after a days skiing or walking the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, beautiful walks along the Tongariro River and adventurous mountain biking trails are abundant.

Our iSite visitors' centre will have all the information you need to know about our town's history and particularly the Hydro Scheme which started the town in 1960's.

If I could give more stars I would. This place has been renovated and fitted out with the best of everything. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was tidy with a great shower. Kitchen had all the essentials for a short stay!

So impressed

The place was clean, had what we needed, and was a great space to occupy - views to Pihanga, peaceful, easy access to SH41, we loved the indoor out door bbq to folding kitchen windows to stove and dish drawer.

Perfect Location

Location is on a very quiet street in the corner of the town. Not very private, but not a concern for us as we were exploring most of the time. Not a fan of screenless windows but I am Canadian and use to screens. :) Beds are very firm. Host very responsive.
