This spacious, 3 bedroom, ground-floor condominium is located in the spectacular, gated, private community of Sawgrass Country Club. Take a virtual tour of our community by going to the Sawgrass Country Club website.

Our condominium is located on the famed East Course, number seven green. Walk, bike, drive the golf cart (rental fee) 880 yards to the Beach Club. We have a gorgeous water to golf to water view. Live comfortably in our 2000 Square foot, Ground Floor, single level condominium. You will find every amenity you would want in your own home.
Guest have access to our community swimming pool.

We have wireless internet and a very robust lineup of Xfinity TV channels,

Ponte Vedra Beach is one of the few beaches that are dog friendly, 24/7. One small dog is allowed with prior approval and a modest fee.

We are from Nashville and have been vacationing at Ponte Vedra Beach in Sawgrass Country Club for 30 years, way before the children were born. We decided to invest in a permanent vacation and retirement home in 2006 and look forward to being able to spend much much more time there now that our boys are in college (Go Vols!).

There is no prettier place in Florida for any price. You will love our extremely comfortable, spacious, 2000 square foot, single-level, ground floor condo, on Sawgrass Country Club hole number 7, east course, in the most gorgeous setting in the southeast.
Ponte Vedra Beach and Sawgrass Country Club allow you peace, beauty, ocean, and privacy in our gated community. And since we are located between St. Augustine and Jacksonville, you have the best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment you could ever want just minutes away.

What makes this property unique

The patio is my favorite. Enjoy beautiful view of the pond, wildlife and golf course from our patio in the morning and the most stunning sunsets in the evening.
