Welcome to Tropical Escape! This newly renovated family friendly beach home, featuring a brand new hot tub, is located on a quiet street with private neighborhood beach access just a short walk away! The open layout is ideal for gathering together while having plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their favorite activities! The fully fenced and spacious backyard features outdoor dining, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, and plenty of space for family fun! The master suite is located on one side of the home and features a king bed, a large smart tv, a spacious walk in closet with custom storage, and a spa like en suite bathroom with a walk in shower! The full size washer and dryer are also located in the hallway of the master suite for your convenience!



Gather the provided beach chairs, or grab your board, and head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away! Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. After a day at the beach, head home to cook your favorite meals in the beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen, or head outside to the backyard to grill out! There is plenty of dining space, both inside and outside! The indoor dining table seats 8 and the outdoor tables seat 12! Relax together on the cozy sectional as you enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large smart tv! Finish the day in the comfort of the private bedrooms! Each bedroom is outfitted with crisp white linens, and the bathrooms are stocked with fluffy white towels and shower amenities.



Ideally located within a half mile walking distance of World Famous Oasis Restaurant and The Kookaburra Coffee Shop, and biking distance to the main beach strip, you will find plenty of places to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or pick up a cup of coffee or an afternoon smoothie. Island attractions such as the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, The Alligator Farm, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse are only a 5 minute drive away, and historic downtown with numerous attractions such as the Castillo de san Marcos, the bayfront, and the Lightner Museum are just a 10-15 minute drive away. Both Anastasia Island and historic downtown are loaded with locally owned restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, along with galleries and all things to satisfy a shopaholic!

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
