Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used the Blackstone, please clean it for others who will use it after you.
If you brought a dog, please walk through and collect any waste throughout the yard. There is a one time pet fee of $100.
Guests are expected to care for the home and its contents. Any damage or maintenance issues must be reported promptly so they can be addressed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

We chose Crescent Beach because it was the very first beach we visited in St. Augustine and we fell in love instantly. The wide sandy shoreline, peaceful atmosphere, and welcoming local community made it feel like home right away. It’s close enough to enjoy the history, restaurants, and charm of downtown St. Augustine, yet just far enough to feel like your own private retreat by the ocean. For us, it’s the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure, and we’re so happy to share this special spot with our guests.

You’ll enjoy a private backyard oasis with a sparkling plunge pool, bubbling hot tub, outdoor shower and patios perfect for gathering together. Inside, the home is thoughtfully set up for families and friends, with cozy bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. Little touches, like the beach cart, Blackstone grill, LEGO and coloring table and inviting coastal décor, make it more than just a rental, it’s a place designed to create lasting memories.
