I loved that this location had all appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Customer service was wonderful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property with a coffee shop in the lobby. Clean apartments with washer/dryer. Staff was very responsive and accommodating. Very good for friends or family trips. Wish we were staying longer.

Our first impression in this property is that a lot of the guests are younger. This is the type of property that seems to have been amazing when it was first built and now is showing a little bit of wear and tear.

We'll Stay Here Again - For Sure!

It had a great European feel to it. It had its own washer and dryer; spacious, rain-style shower; and open floor plan. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. The staff was freat, especially when we had an overnight shipment delivered. The only drawback was not receiving the pre-checkin email to understand parking in advance.

This property is good if you need a place to sleep and do laundry for a night or two. There's major construction happening right out the window so I didn't feel it was worth the price with the noise. The utensils in the kitchen had old food caked on them and the towels in my room were stained. The washer smelled the mildew and had someone's old sock in it.

The front desk was not helpful they lost my package and refused to even admit they received it after getting confirmation from Fed Ex they did. I was placed in the wrong room, the hot tub was cold, the gym had broken equipment, the bar was permanently closed. Plus a LOT of other issues. The room was nice lol

Overall this was a good place bc it was convenient to cruise port and Ubers available very quickly. I did not like the bathroom. Absolutely no surface areas or hooks of any kind to hang toiletry case or towels. No over sink lighting. Shower floods the bathroom floor. Also no nightstand for bed. Only one of the 2 electrical outlets worked. Elevators very slow and always a wait. Front desk staff nice and helpful. Good enough place for one night but I would probably not stay here again.

Stayed here 1 nite to board a cruise the next day. Very close to port terminal and use getting there. Room spacious with laundry and has a full kitchen with all dishes n appliances. Only wished that they had dish towel instead of paper towels for the kitchen. We had a hard time accessing the garage - the kisok didn’t have any buttons to select option 2 to have them open the gate. Luckily one of the residents living there helped us in. She was very nice and helped me find the lobby from the garage. When I texted Sentral for help, never got any immediate help. Once in the lobby, checkin was easy. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful.

Nice room, minimal to no services offered.

Arrived at 11:15 pm and there was no attendant after 11pm. The machine checked us in and wouldn't create cards for us. Chauffeur had to take us up and down to our room and open the door for us. They have no breakfast, and extremely limit ability to hold your luggage after check out. It was a 3x3 cage that holds 3 families luggage. Room was nice, but for the price I expected an actual hotel. They only started functioning as a hotel 6 months ago.

Just ok

The studio was spacious and had a lot of storage room for luggage. The kitchen was very convenient but they only left a few paper towels for a few days and it wasn’t enough. No kitchen towels to help with kitchen. Everything else was excellent inside the studio. Our balcony was facing a parking garage and a construction site behind the building. Very noisy since 4 am in the morning. I just couldn’t sleep well. The pool and the gym was a plus. Great location, in the middle of downtown and close to the water.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean, big rooms with a kitchen that really has everything you need. The pool and the gym were amazing, however the patio where most of the sun was (because otherwise other buildings around were shading the rest of the patio) was being refurnished during our stay there but there was no information about it. The one negative thing I would say would be that there was a lot of smoke smell everywhere and even in the elevators people were smoking pot. I was standing in the elevator with a man and three escorts and he was very unpleasant, so I didn’t like going in the elevators by myself without my boyfriend. I think the hotel should really intervene when they see this kind of behaviours. However, overall we had a good stay and would probably stay there again.
