We had an incredible stay at StayAPT Suites! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The facility was peaceful, spotless, and impeccably maintained, with everything smelling fresh and inviting. Our apartment-style room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, featuring a full kitchen that made it feel like a true home away from home. And the bed—without a doubt, the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on! I highly recommend StayAPT Suites—10/10 experience all around!

While I was settling down to my room, management told me that a pipe broke while I was in the shower and was told I will be moved to a new room. I was rushing to repack my things and head to my new room. House keeping didn’t come to my room on Wednesday to clean the room and I wasn’t told when will they be coming in to clean. Most of the time, no one was in front desk to assist me. One thing that I like was the 24/7 hour laundry.

This is inarguably the nicest and cleanest extended stay that I've ever been to. So be advised that it doesn't have all the hotel add-ons like complimentary breakfast, and little details like the nice wooden hangers and pants hangers, (closet was just the white closetmaid rack shelving with plastic t-shirt hangers). Also the TV speakers were clearly blown out or damaged somehow, I did not bring this to management's attention, but I'm still giving it a high rating as I believe they would have addressed it swiftly I just didn't feel like dealing with it. The GM was highly professional and courteous. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a longer stay, beautiful marble countertops, stainless steel, full kitchen with glasstop range and spotless oven. BUT, be advised that you will need to bring your own stuff. I don't think there was so much as a vending machine on premise, but that's what an extended stay means!, you gotta bring your own OJ and eggs. They do have an outdoor common area in the middle that has very nice BBQ grill, and plenty of area to entertain or plan a small (quiet) event.

Upper unit leaked my entire stay

I sure this has been great for others but I spent 3 days with the air conditioner in the bathroom dripping on my head. I reported it 3 times and nothing. The drip was directly over the commode so I had to resort to taking my umbrella in to use the bathroom. It was ridiculous. You can see the water damage around the unit so this is a long term issue. The inability to address the leak was beyond my understanding and ignoring my asking for help is even more egregious. Here is a thought, if you cannot fix it, just move the guest to another room. If it is not a long term stay, I really do not feel that they care about the guest at all. I do not recommend this place. Save your money, I am sorry I wasted mine.

My stay was nice and peaceful but I originally booked a Delux Kind room and they called me the day of my check-in to say they dont have any king rooms available and offered the 2 queen room, I said yes to it but when I checked in they give me a handicapped unit. They were no one at the front desk area. So there was no communication 😕. Was not happy with that.

However the check in and check out was horrible… the counter was never maned … you had to call and then someone would come after waiting for like 10 min… we had a malfunctioning smoke detector and it took forever to fix! Thankfully the overnight “emergency” person was able to help us! I hope they fix this issue with communication… it is a very nice property

My stay here on my birthday was everything I could have hoped for and more! This wasn’t just a hotel, it truly felt like a full apartment. Spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you’d need to live comfortably, and I honestly didn’t want to leave. (And if they ever decide to rent these out long-term, they better call me first!) The location was unbeatable… close to all the entertainment, restaurants, the mall, downtown, and both the FSU and FAMU campuses. Cascade Park was literally right out the back door, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a morning coffee run. The bed was incredible… the kind you sink into and immediately question all your other life choices because nothing compares. Plus, Courtney at the front desk made the check-in process effortless. She was welcoming, professional, and really set the tone for a great stay. Overall, the space was cozy, accommodating, and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep, it’s a full experience!
