Great once I got in

Close to town centre, station, canal du midi. Solidly built building and large room. Bed comfy. Initial difficulty in that i recieved no coms from landlord. No answer to phonecalls. Reply to my message was that they had no booking for me and that i was mistaken. Later they sent entry codes after i told them i had receipt and would meet at set time in local bar. Once in I was pleasantly suprised by room and bathroom.

Room with box bathroom in corner smelled damp, probably because regulation extraction fan in was not working and probably never had as string tied up as when fitted. The bed had a 6 cm foam mattress on a solid wood box base so very uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on, but still appeared to sag in middle. No reception, 2 flights of stairs and main door left open, so less than secure. Unsafe and unhealthy.

Nice apartment, but communication awful.

The apartment was good and very well laid out. The only problem was a very musty smell in the toilet and wash room.it was also a bit noisy. I would recommend it for its proximity to the town and the value that it gives, but my only hesisation would be due to the communication with the manager. The entry code never arrived the day before and in fact I along with another client were left standing outside the building trying to get the code from the owner. I had rang him twice already that morning asking for the code and he said he would send it, but did not. Eventually we got in, but that was enough to stop a return visit

Ce n'est pas un hĂŽtel, ce sont des appartements. Il n'y a pas d'accueil, pas d'ascenseur : je n'ai vu ces informations bien aprĂšs avoir effectuĂ© ma rĂ©servation alors que je les ai cherchĂ©es, puisqu'Ă  l'Ă©poque je me dĂ©plaçais avec une bĂ©quille. Sur le descriptif, on finit par voir que les instructions d'arrivĂ©e vont ĂȘtre donnĂ©es 24h avant le debut du sĂ©jour. Je ne les ai reçu que pendant mon trajet, quelques heures Ă  peine avant aprĂšs les avoir rĂ©clamĂ©es. Je n'ai jamais croisĂ© mon hĂŽte. MĂȘme dans un camping on est mieux accueilli. Je ne reviendrai pas. Seul avantage : sa situation gĂ©ographique, oroche de la gare et des commerces. Vous ne devez pas avoir de restriction physique pour entrer dansle logement, et toujours un moyen numĂ©rique en fonctionnement pour Ă©ventuellement communiquer. Pour la tĂ©lĂ©vision, je n'avais pas mon propre abonnement netflix ou Disney, etc donc inutilisable.

Basically a glorified bnb but with zero communication. I didn’t know until after I booked that it was going to be a no contact check-in. Even though they say you will be contacted with check-in info 24 hours before, we were not notified until 5 minutes before check-in. Bathroom smells of sewage, bed is thin and hard, pillows are both too big and very uncomfortable to sleep, you hear everything from your neighbors, hot because you are under the roof.
