Nice and clean apartment with everything that we needed. Very clean, super helpful staff. If you are sensible to noise, there is a little street noise and noisy from the hallway and footsteps from above apartments. However everyone were very quiet in the evenings so it didn’t bother us

Ottima posizione sia per i collegamenti pubblici che per i centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. Struttura nuova ben tenuta, alloggio pulito e confortevole anche per 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi grandi). Manca la reception ma le operazioni di check-in sono ben organizzate e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La sola cosa negativa riguarda la poca privacy dell'affaccio, considerando che le camere si sviluppano ai piani bassi dell'edificio quindi occorre tenere perlopiù chiuse le finestre e le tende. Comunque lo consiglio assolutamente.

In generale l’esperienza è stata molto positiva, l’alloggio si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro città a piedi in bici o con i mezzi pubblici. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e c’è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in famiglia. Unica nota negativa la pulizia del bagno che lasciava a desiderare, con un fortissimo odore. Questo non è accettabile con bambini. Non c’è una reception e avendo soggiornato li un fine settimana non è possibile riceve un’assistenza immediata se non inviando una e-mail oppure chiamando un numero fisso. Onestamente ho preferito godere dei pochi giorni di permanenza per visitare la città anziché cercare qualcuno che potesse risolvere il problema. Mi è stato poi risposto tramite whatsapp che avrebbero pulito il lunedì quando ormai dovevamo partire.

10 e lode. Bella struttura, pulita, tra i 180 e i 300 metri da metro e tanti bus e poche fermate per il centro. Fornita di tutto. Un centro commerciale a pochi passi con una marea di ristoranti. Unica pecca che non mi spiego è perché non dotare il bagno di una ventola? Mistero

Belle expérience. Les draps et serviette sont propre et en plus vous pouvez aller à la buanderie en chercher des propre. Une machine à laver et une sécheuse sont également disponible, mais souvent occupés. Le quartier est bien desservi. Toutefois, le canapé lit nécessite un nettoyage. Des instructions d’utilisation d’électroménager seront utiles.on a eu du mal à allumer la plaque chauffante.

Das Apartment für 4 Personen war schön, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war die Sauberkeit des Apartments nicht zufriedenstellend, vor allem im Bad. Die Lage ist ok (Nuevo Centro mit Geschäften, Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke), jedoch braucht man fußläufig bis zum Hafen schon 1,5 Std. Unser Apartment lag im Erdgeschoss, vor unserem Fenster befand sich ein kleiner Platz, auf dem immer Personen „abhingen“, die nichts zu tun hatten. Folglich mussten wir die Vorhänge immer geschlossen halten. Wenn möglich, würden wir empfehlen ein Apartment im 1. OG zu buchen.

Bon établissement

Nous avons sejourné à 4 : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L'appartement est bien. Les lits sont confortables. Par contre, bien que l'appartement soit équipé pour se faire à manger, la taille de la table et les 2 chaises ne permettent pas de manger à 4. Par ailleurs, il devrait y avoir un service de ménage quotidien ou à minima de quoi aspirer et frotter car quand on reste 5 nuits, il faut pouvoir nettoyer. Sur demande sur whatsapp, nous avons pu avoir accès à un balais et à une serpillière mis a disposition (pour un temps limité) par le personnel de ménage, très gentil. Le coin n'est pas très vivant le soir, mais le centre ville reste accessible facilement à pied. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés pour nous garer gratuitement à proximité.

Estuvo todo genial, solo pasamos una noche pero con todas las comodidades necesarias. Viajamos en familia, dos adultos y dos niños y el estudio estaba más que bien. Nos olvidamos una maleta en casa pero cruzando la calle hay un decathlon y a pocas calles un centro comercial grande así que no hubo inconvenientes en conseguir lo que nos hacía falta. Un placer habernos alojado en smartr Turia. 😊 Sin dudas lo reconendaré.

El alojamiento estaba bien, pero éramos dos personas cinco días y teníamos sólo 2 toallas de ducha, al tercer día tuve que pedir por WhatsApp que me cambiasen las toallas, ya no secaban. La última noche saltó la alarma de incendios, tuvimos que esperar una hora en la calle en pijama, después de llamar al número que indica en recepción, a que viniese alguien a ver que pasaba y arreglarlo. El 112 llamaron al menos 2 veces en media hora por lo menos y no vino nadie. Llamó la policía nacional casi una hora después.
