Boa estadia. Mas o ap precisa de manutenção. Banheiro com mofo e janela com problema para fechar. Equipe muito educada e prestativa. Na apresentação do Flat precisa incluir que o estacionamento é pago. Mas o preço não é caro.

Apto bom com uma pequena cozinha com fogao eletrico. A Rua é cheia de bons restaurantes. No terreo do predio tem uma pequena conveniencia com bons precos e na quadra de cima um mercadinho c cx eletrônico. O metro fica a poucas quadras do local. Tem uma farmacia tb na quadra de cima.
