Le personnel est trÚs agréable. L'hÎtel est super bien situé dans Nice, la gare est accessible à pied et beaucoup de commerces sont à proximité. L'appartement est fonctionnel mais la salle de bain en mauvais état.

Kryp och olidlig vÀrme!!

AC som fanns fungerade inte varken pÄ loftet eller pÄ undervÄningen i rummet. Detta gjorde att rummet hade en temperatur pÄ 31 under hela vistelsen och ingen tilluft till rummet vilket gjorde det olidligt att sova och vara dÀr. Vi upptÀckte Àven diverse olika insekter i rummet som baggar, spindlar och likande kryp i badrummet och i och pÄ sÀngen och sÀngklÀderna. Detta resulterade i att vi inte ville vara i rummet men Àven att vi knappt fick nÄgon sömn alls under natten.

L'établissement est situé dans un quartier agréable, malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner n'est disponible qu'à partir de 08h30. Lorsque j'ai demandé à la réception de l'avoir plus tÎt le jour du départ car nous partions à 08h00 ça n'était pas possible, ni de l'annuler. La housse de couette avait une tùche d'encre, j'ai demandé et elle a été changée. Merci à la réceptionniste pour son accueil trÚs agréable et professionnel le jour de notre arrivée.

Le studio à besoin de rénovation, peinture murs traces de salissures, plinthes à repeindre. Canapé plus que usé carrelage encrassé. le personnel à l' écoute et trÚs agréable rien à redire établissement idéalement placé pour rejoindre le centre ville à pied.

The hotel building is old but functional. Its location is wonderful, easy walk to the beach, pastry shop and supermarket. It's spacious, more than 300 sq feet. Kitchen is well equipped. It has some unpleasant surprises, though. It requires the guests to clean the dishes used in the kitchen upon check out, else there will be a penalty charge. Yet, it does not provide any kitchen cleaning supply. These supply costs €6 to purchase from the front desk. It also requires the guests to dump the trash and recyclable items upon check out, else there will be a charge. The bin to throw away the glasses are 5 minutes walking distance away, but no clear instruction, such as a map, is given. In the Expedia description, it is stated there is luggage service provided. However, the front desk is closed between 12 noon to 3 pm. Guest can't retrieve any luggage during that time. If the hotel management can improve upon these areas, it will be a much more desirable hotel. Right now, I give it a 3.5 stars on the strength of its great location.

MĂ©contentement d'un client

RĂ©servation faite en fĂ©vrier 2025 pour une chambre avec lits jumeaux. A l'arrivĂ©e, le 04 mai, la demande n'est pas respectĂ©e. La rĂ©ception m'indique que cette demande est selon disponibilitĂ©. D'accord sur le principe, mais en 2 mois de laps de temps , j'aurai pu ĂȘtre informĂ© par mail, et ne pas ĂȘtre mis devant le fait accompli. Je pouvais rĂ©agir, et Ă©ventuellement changer ma rĂ©servation. Je ne pense pas que Odalys gĂšre ses rĂ©servations au jour le jour. En plus de 40 annĂ©es de sĂ©jours divers Ă  travers le monde, c'est en France, Ă  Nice que j'ai du accepter cette situation. Cela s'appelle un manque de communication, voire de la dĂ©sinvolture de la part de cet Ă©tablissement . Dommage, je viens rĂ©guliĂšrement Ă  Nice. Pour moi, je ne pense pas que je reviendrai chez Odalys Nice Le Rossini.

Déçue

A mon arrivĂ©e, on m’a annoncĂ© que la clim dans mon logement Ă©tait en panne. Au vu de la chaleur Ă  l’intĂ©rieur (29°), la personne Ă  l’accueil m’a attribuĂ© temporairement un autre logement, qui lui aussi avait la Clim en panne
vraiment pas de chance ! MĂȘme si le personnel, charmant au demeurant, n’y Ă©tait pour rien, le fait est que j’ai payĂ© pour une prestation que je n’ai pas eue la chance d’avoir comme les autres clients, le ventilateur mis Ă  disposition ne m’ayant pas permis de dormir au frais ! Et impossible de dormir la fenĂȘtre ouverte Ă  cause du bruit de la rue (rue trĂšs passante). J’aurais aimĂ© qu’on me propose un dĂ©dommagement financier (puisqu’il n’y avait pas d’autres logements libres pendant mon sĂ©jour), car mon choix s’était portĂ© sur cet Ă©tablissement car il avait la Clim. A priori la panne a concernĂ© tout le bĂątiment pendant 2 jours mais celle ci fonctionnait par intermittence dans l’hĂŽtel, sauf dans mon logement ! Sinon le studio Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ© au niveau de la kitchenette et Ă©tait propre, le seul reproche que je peux faire c’est que le sol n’avait oas dĂ» ĂȘtre lavĂ© avant mon arrivĂ©e (poisseux et avec des saletĂ©s). Si je reviens Ă  Nice, je ne pense pas rĂ©server de nouveau ici

Dumbest part about this hotel was that I couldn’t even enter the place and sit/relax on a couch before 3 pm. I arrived in the morning and came to the hotel hours earlier than check in time thinking I could at least go sit inside the couch, use the bathroom, leave my luggages and go explore the area. The lady opened exactly at 3 pm. They have the notice up on the door, you can’t enter between 12-3 pm without an access code. Lady was nice though and check in was fast. Didn’t like that we had a curfew of 11 pm. The floor was dirty when I went. The bathroom is small and coming apart in some places. There is no air conditioning/the thermostat didn’t seem to work. I had the window open the first day but then I got mosquito bites, which kept me awake all night. I wish the window came with mesh net! No soap in the kitchen sink but otherwise it was fully furnished. No duvet or top sheet. They had a tv but wish it was a smart tv. Honestly it was too expensive and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. Only stayed cuz of the proximity to Nice-Ville station. Alsace-Lorraine is also within walking distance. I would recommend staying closer to the city centre.

Good choice of budget studio apartment

I'd forgotten what I'd booked and was pleasantly surprised to find it was relatively large. For the same money I could have had a tiny room in old town. Older style converted building. We had 5 windows on 2 sides of the building, usable balcony, slightly too small twin room and small but practical kitchen/dining room. Kitchen had everything needed. On a main road, but no problems with traffic noise. Aircon virtually silent, although in late May, I only tried it once and wondered why I was cold! 3 minute walk to the main underground tramline that runs between the airport and the marina in old town. 10min walk to the main railway station to catch trains to Cannes and Monaco. Easy walking distance to town. Lidl nearby, plus other super markets. Even one 2 doors away, with 95% of everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Italian, French and majority of Asian. Reasonable check in times and good Comms to confirm eta. Good check out time of 12 noon. I think we were meant to empty our bins at the end of our stay, which I did, but thought was a bit much. Location is everything and I'd happily stay at this hotel again or in this area. The cheap efficient tram means it's worth looking beyond old town and what more you get for the price. ps if you want a sandy beach, Nice has pebble beaches, so isn't for you. Try a short train ride to Cannes for the day. Don't bother with Monaco, it's souless.

We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. Our unit was a one-bedroom on an upper floor with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is a laundromat across the square and a drying rack on our balcony. Breakfast was very good.
