The location is unbeatable. The washing macine and kitchinette are a huge plus. The old amennities and quirky nature of the building (and 3/5 star cleanliness) are outweighed by the price and location. Id stay again.

This is our second time staying in one of the apartments at this property and obviously the first time impressed us enough to come back. They are located in a great area, very walkable and contact with the owner was great! A great alternative to a hotel that allows you to immerse yourself in the city!

Love, love, love this place! Was a beautiful location and the property was amazing! One thing it lacked was some pans for cooking, but that was not a deal breaker. Will for sure stay again.

Very small for 5 people even when 3 of those people were children but in the end was quiet and secluded in the middle of busy Paris. Loved how close it was to the Metro and various shops and dining.

Great location in the Third Arrondisement, with plenty to do nearby. The unit was clean and well appointed. It's in a lively area, but within a courtyard on a side street so it's nice and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.
