We were given wrong address for the property. The address shown on Expedia reservation was 322 and we waited till 4;00pm for the code to enter the building. But the code came with a different address. We had to drag our 5 bags on a very steep street to get to the apartment. The first level apartment had the entrance on a very noisy street. People walking right outside our apartment till past midnight. Was not able to sleep till 1:00am. The apartment itself was very clean and good condition.

The receptionist Beatriz was awesome, the place is well situated for everything. Some sketchy characters were hanging around outside the place sometimes. It’s in full public view so no problem. Early check in is a bit difficult but you can leave luggage at the office 15 min walk away or wait until 4 and use a locker at the train station which is 1 min walk

Sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Nachts trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Gute Klimaanlage. Aufpassen: das Wasser wird kochend heiß, wenn man es zu stark aufdreht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings halten sich dort tagsüber und nachts sehr viele Obdachlose auf. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten.

위치는 좋지만 향기와 통풍이 제대로 되지 않는 집

우선 창문이 별도로 없는 구조이기 때문에(대문쪽) 환기가 어렵고 집 자체가 습하고 지대가 높지만 반지하 같은 느낌입니다. 화장실의 하수구 냄새가 침대로 와서 불편했습니다. 위치는 상벤투역 근처라서 좋았지만 나머지가 불편했어요. 집 크기는 나름 크고 괜찮았습니다만. 그리고 오르막 꽤 있긴 합니다. 캐리어 끌고 올라가기에는 쉽지 않아요.

Apto e localização sensacional

Apto incrível. Até melhor que nas fotos. A família se surpreendeu com a localização e com o conforto. Só os colchões são um pouquinho desconfortáveis. Nada de mais também. Corpo se acostuma. Tudo limpo e organizado. Aproveito para agradecer pelo vinho, e me desculpar pela meia hora de atraso no check-out. Voltarei com certeza para ficar mais dias.
