Lovely studio unit in a good location

Comfortable large studio unit in a good location close to the centre of Queenstown. Large room with a small balcony with a view over the lake. Comfortable bed, good heating especially as it was cold outside on arrival. Updated spotless bathroom with lovely bath products. Small but practical kitchenette.

We stayed here while going to the different mountains for the snow. Also easy walk into town Good size rooms that are clean. Even small drying rooms for wet gear

We had 4 nights here so upgraded when we arrived. The suite was spacious with a separate bedroom full kitchen and European laundry. Loved the walk in shower and our view over the lake was awesome. Comfortable bed and large balcony.

The unit was really a great layout and had everything we could need for the week. It is a very steep walk to and from downtown, however its far enough outside downtown to be quiet. We had a great view from our unit and patio as well. I would highly recommend this place, and would consider returning.

Great location, set back from the main road but easily walkable into town. Other travellers should note the studio was listed as having a washing machine, however there was none in the room but access to a paid, shared machine in building. The staff went above and beyond to address my concerns with this.

Nicely furnished suites, good location

This fine hotel is located at the east end of the town, within easy walking distance of everything. Free parking is available, which is a good thing in Queenstown. The suites are large and well furnished, and the heating worked fine as the winter got colder. The staff was very helpful on a few occasions. A quirk: The shower head in my room was fixed in the wall at the level of my shoulders (I'm 6'2" = 188cm), so washing my hair required some ducking.

Really poor quality accomodation. Second time I’ve stayed here in a month (booked both trips at the same time). Paid for a room upgrade on this trip and found mouldy sheets in our bed, gaps between the window and frame and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

We loved our eight day stay at Garden Court. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen amenities were great. Using the kitchen kept cost down. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was warm. The view of the mountains were amazing and the bus stop right outside was helpful. A short walk to town. I would say the location is on the outside of town but close enough to have the quiet and the town life. Bus fare is $1 pp each way! The staff here are beautiful and very friendly. House keeping was respectful and we didn’t always need our housekeeping done but were checked in on anyway. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and the location is very good. However, Garden Court Suites And Apartments was worst hotel stay we had in our 3 week vacation. There was road construction going on all night, it was impossible to sleep. The hotel made no effort to warn guests prior to booking a non refundable reservation. The only notice was a piece of paper on the counter at check in warning about the construction, much too late. The noise was extremely load and went on all night. The management needs to do a better job of transparency and warning customers before they book a reservation. I suggest management spend a night in one of the hotel rooms before they let an unsuspecting customer for an unforgettable night.
