Everything about the property was wonderful. The only difficult thing was actually finding the door to go in. There is no sign other than a 1x2 inch sign on the placard beside the gate/door. It looks like a name marker on an apartment building. The room, service,and information provided by the hostess were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very nice and although we got there at 9am, they let us drop our bags off and use their bathroom so we could explore Milan before the 2pm check in. Really nice rooms too! Would definitely recommend.

The aparthotel Durini staff were very helpful and provided travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat in Milan. The location was very central to all the shopping at the Galleria and the Duomo. Also very close to the M1 San Babila stop. Unfortunately there was construction close to the hotel which did wake us up in the morning but overall a great stay!

Lovely property. Wonderful staff and very helpful. Easy to get to and to get around the city. May dining options. Supermarket close by. Having the kitchen is great for making breakfast if you feel like cooking. Wish there is a gym close or access to a gym. But overall was good experience.

The room is quite new and clean. The staff is quite helpful. Quite handy to have a washer to use with all necessities provided. Water bottle provided daily.

Great, safe location. Very clean. Expect a lot of traffic noise and blinds didn’t provide any darkness so for sleep, it looked like daylight inside. Outside view was beautiful. Not my favorite apartment but was suitable for one night for our trip.

Like the location of the hotel I really missed talking to someone at the front desk. I had to leave the room keys at the desk I wrote a note through the app regarding the keys and did not get an answer.

Pleasantly surprised by this apartment. Seemingly safe area, with many bars right on your doorstep. People are friendly, warm and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and calming. Only 2 small criticisms; 1, the pillows and mattress, hard memory foam was not comfortable. And 2, the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is a lift, but as a party of 4 staying, only one person fit in the lift with all the bags. Very minor negatives. All in all very happy with the stay and Milan in general. Receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. Would certainly return to this accomodation
