I had a great stay. The place is amazing, the location is great too. Right on the underground pathway and near groceries, CN and ripleys. The place is clean and had a great view. Well equiped as well. Oversll id recommend this place. Costuner service was responsive as well even after my stay.

Sweet location.

The location is incredible and close to scotiabank arena and Roger's place/CN Tower. 5-10 minute walk from Union Station. Accommodations were great with an awesome view on the CN Tower.

We came to watch a Blue Jays game and could easily walk to Rogers Place. Everything we needed was nearby. The apartment balcony overlooked Lake Ontario and was close access to the harbor. Check in and check out was easy and quick.

Poor communication efforts by the Global Stay staff. Condo was clean and great location, but extremely basic budget furniture. Bed was very very Springy and pillow could use replacing. We ended up having to buy our own toilet paper, as they only left us 1 roll for a 7 day stay. Tried to reach staff for additional supplies but. No luck

Great location. Well equipped.with towels etc. Needs more cutlery and pots and pans etc. We had 1 spoo for all of us. Lol. Bed was soft for my wife and I. Elevators seem to always be an issue in these buildings. We would rent again.

Terrible Check in

Absolutely convoluted and confusing check in process with global stay. First they require you to send in identification documents via unsecured email, claiming there is no one to check in at the building. Then the process is duplicated on arrival at the front desk, where you have to check in on a iPad and enter all the same information. The directions to access the building are unclear. Customer service representatives are unhelpful via phone.
