The room are very small ,you barely can walk between beds and cleaning were not good with smell of cigarette by cleaning staff. 4 days every morning, construction work in the near house with too much noise and the reception will tell you with poor english" maybe tomorrow stop". Overall it is mediocre

Our stay was very smooth and comfortable, we had to ask for housekeeping, it seems that it isn’t done on daily basis, but they were very kind and they had it done immediately. The reception guys were extra welcoming and helpful. The area was alive and full of stores but yet very quit. We booked the suit that includes a terrace and it had a gorgeous veil. All in all I would very much recommend it.

Sehr freundliches Personal bei Check in und Check out. Wir waren mit drei kleinen Kindern zweimal dort. Das Zweite mal hatten wir die Royal Suite mit Meerblick im Obergeschoss, die wir besser (mehr Platz) fanden als die Deluxe Suite im 1.Stock. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Selbst Veganer können hier glücklich werden, da es einige warme Gemüse und Hülsenfrüchte Gerichte gab. Ansonsten Eierspeisen, verschiede Käsesorten, Gemüse, Obst, Marmelade, typisch Türkisch, reichhaltig. Einziges Manko: man hört die Flugzeuge (bei allen Hotels in dieser Umgebung) und den Fahrstuhl, wenn man empfindlich ist. Meinen Mann hat es nicht gestört, ich nutze Oropax. Um die Ecke gibt es ein gutes indisches Restaurant: Hindistan kapi, India House. Reinigung ist okay, Empfehlung an das Hotel: ab und an die Grundreinigung nicht vernachlässigen, dann bleiben ihre Punkte auch so hoch ;)

Sürekli gitmiş olduğum gerçekten güleryüz eksik olmayan bir işletme, gidecek olanların gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilecekleri bir işletme. Eksikleri yok denebilir. Rezaletti. Evet otelin konumu ve temizliği iyiydi ama otel çalışanlarından hiçbiri covid-19 pandemi şartlarına aldırmıyor kahvaltı veren temizlik yapan kişinin ağzında maske yok . Otele maskesiz adamlar girip çıkıyor. Hele son gün berbattı. Otelin üst katında saat 9 dan gece 3 e kadar parti verdiler otel çalışanları dahil içkiler horonlar bu kadar düşüncesiz saygısız olamaz. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum diğer iyi yorumlara aldanıp gittim pişmanım. 200 lira fazla verip daha kaliteli bir otelde kalın. Hele de ailenizle beraber kalabileceğiniz bir otel asla değil .
