Opinión

Cómodas instalaciones para pasar un fin de semana en familia, por la situación de la pandemia sugiero que deberían restringir el uso de la alberca a ciertos horarios por familia y desinfectar después de cada uso, ya que en todo momento que quise utilizarla, había gente y no me dió confianza, por lo demás agradable el jacuzzi en la terraza y las instalaciones en el depto para hacer todo sin necesidad de salir.

Me negaron el acceso llegando al establecimiento teniendo mi reservación desde hace más de una semana argumentando que mandaron un mensaje de que no podían recibirme y en ningún momento me notificaron ni cancelaron la reservación. No hay seriedad y un pésimo trato por parte de la recepción y los empleados
