The property was clean and the staff was really nice and supportive. Washer is in the room and dryers on the 2nd floor. Washer and dryers were new like and worked very well. Shopping and dining were all in walking distance.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were perfect down the the small details like laundry detergent, dish soap and water provided. This came in handy. The staff was helpful, the area and the building was safe and secure. I loved my stay. This was my first time in Korea and I would definitely stay there again. I walked the street at night for a late night snack or shopping and felt safe. The train station is about a block away a market as well. Everything you need is right there. Cafes, Karaoke, Starbucks, convenience stores, 24 hour McDonald's' if you get hungry in the middle of the night.

We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea.

This place was one the best place so far that we have stayed in Loved the beds, the washer, no bugs, clean and friendly staff. Dishes and utensils were not too clean but we had stuff to clean it with. Only draw back was it is far from all the main attractions.

Reception is very helpful! Though it’s a bit far from the center of Seoul the room is a lot bigger than most hotels. Highly recommended if you do not mind a bit of travel time. Also great view from rooftop!

1. No barbecue grills like it’s advertising. 2. Toilet water smells like sewage. Make sure you cover it with a towel so it doesn’t spread too much. 3. Couch is way too small even for an average size woman. 4. The hotel is located right beside the trash dump. 5. One of the lights in the room does not turn off could make sleeping hard. Room overall was nice a spacious. Shower was nice and clean.

I reserved the room for my friends who visited Seoul. They are a family of 4, two adults and two children. The property was great - super convenient, comfortable, and safe. They enjoyed their stay. It is a little outside of the city center, but the price point and quality of room definitely make up for that. Transportation is nearby with lots of options for food and exploring. I would recommend this property to others.

I had more space than I expected and it was extremely clean. I loved the fact that there is a washing machine in the room and also a drying rack. The air conditioner was also really easy to use.

I love this hotel. Very modern. There is lavender smell lingering in the hotel. Good location. Very close to the train station. So many restaurants and street food in the area. Washer and dryer in the unit but no detergent. Studio kitchen with all the basics supplied including a microwave, fridge and stove. It’s a non smoking room but I noticed faint cigarette smell. I have asthma and I’m sensitive to these things. Bring an adapter to charge your devices. Reception lends them to guests, too.

家族四人での旅行でしたが、部屋はとても広くて清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。ホテルと違って部屋のクリーニングは入りませんが、タオルの変更などフロントでスムーズにしていただき何の不自由もありません。フロントの方もとても親切であり、相談にものってもらえました。会話は基本は英語で話しました。 周辺はやはり韓国ローカルといった感じですが、最寄り駅には徒歩３分くらいで到着できとても近くて移動には便利です。ソウル中心部へ電車での移動が苦でない人にはとても良いと思います。
