We choose this because of the strategic location (just right outside a metro station). Overall experience was good except the transition from room to room not flexible enough, as we booked another night for better view (but because we came back late and the room assigned wasn’t best view and not valuable for the price.

not a service oriented hotel . things are broken especially the coffee machine and stuff isn't helpful. It is sending out a message you are bothering them when they are just sitting there

The toilet has a strong smelly stench when we check-in on the first day. As per the property housekeeping policy, the room is not clean daily. It is left to us to upkeep the cleanliness of the toilet and room which are worn down. We didn’t like the place abit. Definitely no more Citadines.

Tres bien!

Initially I was concerned about the location as it seems far away from beaugrenelle. However in reality Citadines is very conveniently located. Metro is just right opposite and connects to 3 different lines. There is a McDonald’s next to the apartment, and Monoprix just a stone’s throw away. There are decent restaurants in the area as well. The studio apartment is also very spacious as well, with limited toiletries, but this is quite typical of European hotels. It doesn’t quite bother me because I always would buy my favourite brands from the shops and use them immediately. Being in Paris, I would always choose to stay in serviced apartments, so there won’t be daily housekeeping unless you choose to pay for it. However I’m completely okay with it, as the convenience of staying in an apartment far exceeds staying in a hotel.

nice view, easy access to around city

great welcome from staff, comfortable bed and plenty of space. kitchen looks great thou we did not cook. bath room is basic, but we prefer no bathtub. Overall pleasant.

Good Location

Located next to the Metro station, only several stations away from major attractions and Champ Elysee. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Effiel Tower wilth cafes and bakeries along the way. A 24 hr fast food restaurant is located just beside the apartment.

Only Sofa Beds in the hotel

Hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location, right next to a railway station - but the windows were double insulated so we did not hear the trains. Nearby were numerous cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, fruit shop, sushi, a McDonalds and a Supermarket. We booked 3 rooms and all had some view of the Eiffel tower. Rooms were clean and spacious. But I could not understand why all the beds were sofa beds rather than normal beds! Proper beds would have made our stay more comfortable. We stayed 2 nights, but did not receive any room service cleaning etc.

As you are right next to the train station, the rails being above ground you’ll frequently hear loud trains passing by every few minutes. The heating conditions are fairly odd as we turned it up to the maximum heat but the room nearest the entrance and living room area will still be fairly chilly for the one bedroom with Eiffel view.

Citadines Eiffel Tower Paris

Accommodation was as listed on the internet. Close to 2 metro stations and plenty of restaurants. About a 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very clean and comfortable.
