We had a great time. The hotel was in a fab area with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel apartment was perfect for 4 of us. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend and hopefully be back sometime.

We liked the free coffee and tea provided throughout the day. The hotel was well located and service staff were friendly. The housekeeping could have been a bit more frequent; once a week housekeeping for long-stayers is not as ideal.

Tiny but efficient great location

We were keen on having the kitchenette, enabled us to do our own lunches and dinners. The Buffay breakfast was good because there was a two for one deal, otherwise it’s not worth €13 per person. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I really enjoyed this property. It was nice to be very close to the metro, and lots of restaurants near! The staff was lovely and even gave us a popsicle when we checked in. We used the laundry room and when we had questions we used the phone to call the front desk and they helped us. They were very friendly! Our room was also really nice and clean.

Positioned between Gare de Lyon and Gare de Nord, so as a transit stay worth considering. A bit away from tourists points of interest without use of metro. Places to eat and supply shopping nearby. A busy populated area. As a tourist something more central would be better

Well located near metro station and direct bus service to Gare de l'Est. Busy neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes/restaurants but not noisy. Friendly, competent personnel. Excellent breakfast and free coffee/tea throughout the day. Only complaint: maid service only once per week.

The room was big compared to other hotels. Room was clean and tidy. Located in a good area. Bad soundproofing-you could hear noise from adjacent rooms especially early in the morning. Toilet piping made very loud sounds!
