Check in was really easy and the man was very friendly. Our apartment was around a 5 minute walk from check in which was fine for us as we didn’t have much luggage. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbours above were a little bit noisy but not enough to stop us sleeping. Short walk to the metro, around €12 for an uber to the Eiffel Tower and a 5 minute walk from a nice park to walk around

There are multiple buildings/units managed by one company. We were directed in an older building with decent renovation of the unit. Other units were not for rent. no amenities in our building other than in-unit amenities -kitchen/internet/etc. Great neighbourhood.

The apartment was clean, bright, plenty of room for our family of 3. It was very quiet considering it was in a large apartment complex. The kitchen was stocked to get your day started. The bathroom had basic amenities and the Monoprix (like US Target) had shampoos/conditioners if needed. The location was perfect for us. Comfortable shady walk to 2 metro stations, easy street for Bolt pick up. Large Monoprix nearby for everything including groceries (butter, yogurt, snacks!). And many bakeries within a few minutes to walk to every morning for fresh baguettes and croissants! Roland Garros was a 20 minute walk to the gap in the sidewalk barricade. (We made the mistake of google mapping to our gate on our ticket and had to detour because the sidewalk was blocked for queuing.) Communication with the manager was easy on WhatsApp, not only for check in/out but also recommendations!

Misleading Gym Advertisement

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Paris, and while the property itself was okay, I was very disappointed with one aspect of my experience. I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised gym facilities, only to find out that the gym was not actually located within the hotel itself and was NOT free to access. The hotel should have been much more transparent about the gym being a paid facility located off-site. Additionally, it was clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority, as they didn’t even offer an apology or explanation upfront. I was also very disappointed with Hotels.com for not managing the situation well. They should ensure that the information presented on their website is accurate and verified. While the rest of my stay was fine, this lack of communication and transparency left a bad impression. I would advise others to confirm the gym situation before booking.

Wonderful!

Mon séjour à Appart-Hôtel Aurmat, Boulogne-Billancourt a été Très plaisant. Un vrai refuge paisible à la fin d'une longue journée à Paris et dans un quartier super convivial. La cerise sur la gâteau, une équipe très attentionnée toujours prête à aider, quelque soit l'inquiétude ou la question. J'y retourne l'an prochain, sans hésitations.

Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de vous écrire concernant ma réservation effectuée pour un séjour du 19 au 22 juin 2025 à la Résidence Aurmat, dont les prestations et l’emplacement ont motivé mon choix initial. En effet, lors de la réservation, il était clairement indiqué que le logement incluait des équipements spécifiques tels qu’un spa, une salle de sport, ainsi que d’autres services associés à la résidence. Ces éléments ont constitué un critère déterminant dans ma décision de réserver cet établissement. Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons été redirigés vers une autre adresse, située à environ 7 minutes à pied de la résidence Aurmat. De plus, l’éloignement de ce nouveau lieu par rapport à l’habitation d’une amie proche, avec laquelle j’avais prévu de partager plusieurs moments du séjour, a perturbé l’organisation de mon voyage. Je considère que cette situation constitue une modification significative de la prestation initialement convenue, sans que j’en aie été informée ni que mon accord ait été sollicité au préalable. Il s’agit, à mon sens, d’un manquement à vos obligations contractuelles, portant atteinte à la qualité de service attendue. Par conséquent, je vous demande le remboursement partiel du séjour ou toute compensation financière appropriée, en réparation du préjudice subi. Je reste à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire.
